Adrià brothers' 41 degrees experience

Barcelona Exceptional Fine dining Spain

The relatively new Ferran and Albert Adrià’s restaurant 41 degrees experience is very similar to El Bulli, just without the “world’s best restaurant” title and with a radically different ambiance. Over 40 superb bites that made me travel around the world. Here, in this image is a sweet corn ravioli on lime, a trip to Mexico and an allusion to tequila… It will take some time to post the review, but I will, I promise!
