(3 Michelin stars and number 3 in the world according to San Pellegrino. ) “Memories” of mortadella, parmesan cheese in 5 different textures, ingenious Caesar salad, tortellini di Modena, incredible pork dish with 45 year old balsamic vinegar… So many dishes that will stay on my memory for a long time, a work of a true culinary artist who has elevated Italian fine dining to the whole new level.
