Caffè Minnoti( 33 rue de Verneuil,75007, tel. 01 42 60 04 04) is the Italian version of a luxury bistro. Nicolas Vernier, exchef of "Il Cortile" (Il Cortile used to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Paris ,but since Vernier left,the food there is uneatable), creates full of sunshine and sophisticated Italian cuisine that only brings happiness.
