Very happy to share that All Nippon Airways and I have partnered once again this year and invited 3 of the best shokunins from Tokyo to cook in Paris on the 7th-9th of February. Shingo Takahashi, chef-owner of Takumi Shingo, most highly regarded Sho-style sushiya in Tokyo; the up-and-coming Michelin starred tempura master Tomokazu Maehira and world renowned Wagyu master Kentaro Nakahara will be cooking their signature dishes together with Michelin starred Omiya Toshitaka at Affinité restaurant in Paris. Thanks to the generous support of ANA, they will close down their restaurants in Tokyo to travel to Paris.
