Luxeat focused on Italy’s Emilia Romagna region, with a unique event highlighted by story-telling the culture through tradition and innovation. Three grandmas and matriarchs thus, prepared and shared an entire menu of great products, in a direct demonstration of their love, deep appreciation and dedication for handmade pasta. Participants traveled from all over Europe to be part of this event that praised and embarrassed one of the worlds’ more traditional culinary cultures.
In the beautiful and culturally rich city of Bologna, the event was held in the heart of the city – at Osteria La Fontana. With dishes paired by Emidio Pepe wines, which were brought to us by world’s leading wine auctions Zachys, and the meals ended with a prestigious Caffè from Difference Coffee Company.
