Arroz a banda at Sa Nansa

Most of the best and the most authentic places in Ibiza are closed in January, except for Sa Nansa (Avenida 8 D’Agost, 27, 07800 Eivissa,tel.+34 971 31 87 50), traditional seafood and rice restaurant, where you can eat all year around. The place is owned by a lovely couple, Pedro and Pepita and they have just won MadridFusion award as the 8th best restaurant for seafood in Spain in 2015. When in Spain, I can’t get enough of “arroz a banda”, which here they do pretty perfectly. Part of pleasure is eating directly from the pan, of course…
