Who said that French gastronomy is dead?

Three months ago I asked a similar question after my visit to L’Ambroisie restaurant in Paris which despite being very classic and, for some, too old fashioned, is a brilliant embodiment of classic French cooking. La Grenouillere is the complete opposite of L’Ambroisie yet also represents the French gastronomy in a unique, fresh and modern way. For me, La Grenouillere is one of the most interesting restaurants in Europe at the moment, so if you haven’t been, go!  (Will post a longer review soon.)
