Two Michelin starred Passage 53 is still one of my favorite fine dining restaurants in Paris. In fact, with time it just got better and better.(My previous visits took place in 2009 and 2013) Japanese chefs are the champions when perfect ingredients are concerned. This meal was not an exception.
