Provençal garden tasting menu at Louis XV in Monaco

Roasted and stuffed vegetables

I doubt that Mr. Ducasse was in the kitchen and cooked this perfection, but whoever is the head chef at Louis XV by Alain Ducasse in Monte Carlo, I must say, he or she is very gifted. What I like about this particular style of cooking that it is so simple and produce based, yet so rich in flavors and textures… (I’ve posted about Louis XV in 2011…)

You know what I like with this food, compared to some more “intellectual” dishes : you see it and you really want to eat, it is clearly mouthwatering, you nearly can see/feel the taste, the crisp, the smell the flavors…
The roasted & studded vegetables, Riviera salad, vegetables with truffle oil, I want them right now !
