L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Paris

I will repeat myself, but L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (5 Rue de Montalembert ,75007) is my favourite restaurant in Paris. It is not only about the excellent food (tapas – small tasting plates) and chic ambience, but also the great people working there (like Mr Hernandez).

L’Atelier doesn’t take reservations and you have to come physically to leave your name. Usually, it can take from half to two hours of waiting (you can wait in the bar of the nearby hotel). This time we were lucky and we got the places right away (there are no tables, but a Japanese style bar).

The food was as delicious as always. By the way, we were told that very soon Joel Robuchon will open in New York, in  Four Seasons Hotel. 🙂
