Before I post all the backlog posts from Stockholm and Barcelona, I must share some photos from Neige D’Été, probably one of the hottest, yet also very reliable and consistent restaurants in Paris. Owned-run by Japanese chef Hideki Nishi, Neige D’Été offers classic French dishes, executed with Japanese sensibility and strive for perfect ingredients. Below is the menu I had this September… Dry-aged Simmental beef, grilled on binchotan charcoal in the image above.
